The Daadi Music Library was founded by David Menei, also known as "Daadi".

I'm a music producer and sample composer based in Berlin, Germany. From a young age I was fascinated with music and played drums & percussion in various bands/combos. My passion led me to explore other instruments as well, like the piano, guitar, ukulele and bass. Ultimately, I transitioned from being a hobby musician to creating and recording original compositions using a combination of live instruments, vocals, analog gear and digital tools. I'm always curious to find and design new sounds and use them in my production. The purpose of the Daadi Music Library is firstly to provide high quality samples that can be used in modern-day records, and secondly, to share the unique sounds that I use in my own production with the community of producers & composers.

On my journey, I was fortunate enough to meet and learn from some of the greatest producers & composers in the industry, like OZ, Foreign Teck, !llmind, Mario Luciano and Eli Brown, who all helped me getting closer to finding my own sound. Over the past years, I was able to work with some of my favorite producers, place records with international artists, and meet countless inspiring people through music.
